Built on the tools, not just the sales pitch.

I grew up around this trade — it was never some mystery industry I stumbled into. From there I went and studied Business and Management at Bath Spa University, because I wanted to understand how a company is actually run properly, not just how a window gets fitted.

Alongside that, I worked my way up on the tools and into managing installations — learning the trade job by job, not just in theory. Along the way I saw too many customers dealt with through call centres, with the middleman put ahead of the person whose home it actually was.

That's why I started Double Glazed Windows and Doors Ltd — to do it directly, honestly, and accountably, with no layers in between.
